Use authorized infrastructure for controlled consequences.
This AUP protects customers, visitors, third parties and the multi-tenant boundary of all three Services.
Prohibited use
- Illegal activity, fraud, abuse, harassment, malware, phishing or rights infringement.
- Cross-tenant access, quota bypass, probing, reverse engineering protected components or availability interference.
- Submitting data without legal basis or third-party secrets; turning unverified output into trusted memory.
- Prohibited or solely automated high-impact decisions without required transparency, controls and review.
- Reselling or making access available without an order permitting it; removing limits, notices or security controls.
Crawling and content
Scan only public HTTPS URLs you have rights to access and use. Do not use the crawler against localhost, private networks, authenticated endpoints, paywalls, anti-bot controls, or to copy content in breach of intellectual property, contract or privacy. Review candidates before publishing as evidence.
Widget and end users
Widport customers must notify visitors, limit origins and capabilities, configure handoff and retention, and avoid requesting unnecessary sensitive data. The widget must not impersonate a person or conceal its automated nature.
Enforcement
We may limit, suspend or terminate use violating this AUP, preserving investigation, security and mandatory rights. Where practical and safe, we will notify the customer and allow remediation.
