One agreement. Three services with explicit boundaries.

1. Agreement and provider

By creating an account, accepting an order or completing Checkout, you accept these Terms for the business you represent, confirm you are at least 18, and have authority to bind it. The provider is AletheionAGI, Brazilian CNPJ 55.641.006/0001-30, Rua Duarte Schutel, 61, apt. 1001, Centro, Florianópolis/SC, Brazil. “Services” means GQueries, IntentParse and Widport.

The order and Checkout page define plan, term, capacity and price. If expressly conflicting, the order controls that purchase. The Privacy Policy, DPA, AUP, subprocessor list and billing policies form part of this agreement.

2. Accounts and authority hierarchy

You are responsible for account accuracy, authorized members and actions taken with your credentials. Organizations, projects, environments, namespaces and deployments delimit authority; selecting an identifier does not grant access to it. Server keys and BYOK credentials must never be exposed in browser code.

Promptly revoke compromised credentials and notify security@aletheionagi.com.

3. Customer data and instructions

You retain your rights in content, messages, intents, memories, sources, evidence and configurations submitted to the Services. You instruct us to process them to provide, secure, diagnose and support the Services under the DPA. You warrant that you have the necessary legal basis, notices, copyright rights, permissions and authorizations.

4. BYOK and model services

Unless an order states otherwise, inference is BYOK. You select, contract with and pay the provider. The credential is received through an authenticated channel, protected server-side and made available only to authorized components; it is not returned to the browser. Messages, schemas, context or evidence needed for inference may be sent to the selected provider. That provider's processing and charges are also governed by its terms.

5. Plans, metering and payments

The billable unit is the one shown in each Service's Checkout or order. Finalized operations, including safely blocked results, clarifications or abstentions, may consume capacity when so described. An internal failure before completion should not be treated as a delivered operation. Credits are not money, securities or transferable between organizations.

Stripe processes payments. Price, currency, taxes, interval and renewal are displayed before confirmation. The refund and cancellation policies also apply.

6. Acceptable use

You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. Do not use the Services to violate law or rights, distribute malware, access another tenant, bypass limits or make unlawful decisions about people. Medical, legal, financial, employment, credit or safety-critical uses require appropriate controls and human oversight.

7. Security and confidentiality

Each party will use reasonable safeguards and limit confidential information to personnel and providers with a need to know and appropriate duties. Standard exceptions cover information public without breach, independently developed, lawfully received or legally required. Safeguards do not eliminate every risk of an internet service.

8. Intellectual property

AletheionAGI and its licensors retain rights in the platform, software, documentation, marks and know-how. During the paid term, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for internal business purposes. Open-source components remain under their own licenses. Feedback may be used if it does not disclose confidential information or identify end users.

9. Third parties and subprocessors

Identity, hosting, payments, email, observability and BYOK providers are separate services. The operational list is at Subprocessors. We remain responsible for our duties and for processor selection and oversight where applicable, but do not control an outage or output of a customer-selected third party.

10. Availability and changes

Without an SLA in an order, the Services are provided on a commercially reasonable-efforts basis. We may change them for security, compliance and technical evolution, without materially reducing paid core functionality during its validity without a remedy required by law or the order.

11. AI limitations

Structured parsing, retrieval, grounding and policies reduce bounded failures; they do not guarantee universal correctness, completeness, fitness or absence of disclosure. Evaluations apply only to documented conditions. You are responsible for the use case, model, schema, source quality, rules, integrations and decisions made from output.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend for material breach, security risk, unlawful use, non-payment or reversal. When practical, notice and an opportunity to cure will be provided. Access ends on termination; export, retention and deletion follow the Privacy Policy, DPA, order and law.

13. Warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and implied warranties are excluded. Neither party is liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or lost profits. Aggregate liability under an order is limited to amounts paid or payable under it in the 12 months before the event.

Limits do not apply where prohibited, including fraud, wilful misconduct, confidentiality breach, intellectual-property obligations, data-protection duties or amounts that cannot legally be limited.

14. Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify AletheionAGI against third-party claims arising from unlawful data, your application, crawling without rights, AUP breach or missing authorizations. AletheionAGI will defend you against a claim that the unmodified paid Service infringes intellectual property, subject to prompt notice and control of the defense.

15. Law and notices

Brazilian law applies, preserving mandatory rights and jurisdictions. Where venue selection is permitted, Florianópolis/SC courts have jurisdiction. Material changes will be communicated before taking effect. Notices: legal@aletheionagi.com.

Schedule A — GQueries

GQueries provides canonical memory ingestion, hybrid retrieval, evidence authorization, grounding, feedback and audit. The customer controls namespaces, labels and trusted facts. Memories remain until deletion, expiry or applicable termination. A finalized grounding query may be the metered unit. Reader is BYOK unless an order states otherwise.

Schedule B — IntentParse

IntentParse transforms messages into structured intents under the selected schema, with validation and safe abstention. Raw input is not retained by default on the public path; structured-intent retention is opt-in and plan-limited. A finalized parse may be the metered unit. Inference uses BYOK and the provider receives the necessary input.

Schedule C — Widport

Widport provides an embedded widget and orchestrates message → intent → evidence → policy → experience through IntentParse and GQueries. The customer authorizes origins, capabilities, schema, sources, policies and handoff, and must provide a privacy notice to visitors. Messages, answers, sessions and events may be retained for journeys and support according to configuration. Crawling accepts public HTTPS URLs and creates review candidates; the customer warrants rights to access and use the source.
