This policy applies to GQueries, IntentParse and Widport plans.
One-time purchases
A purchase identified at Checkout as one-time does not renew automatically or create unauthorized overage. Unused capacity expires on the date displayed before purchase.
Recurring plans
A plan renews only when Checkout or an order identifies interval and price. An owner may cancel in the Stripe portal before the next renewal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid cycle, stops future renewals and does not immediately delete data.
After cancellation
Access, export, retention and deletion follow the order, Terms, DPA, Privacy Policy and law. BYOK credentials and deployments may be revoked separately. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.
