Refunds follow unused service.
This policy applies to GQueries, IntentParse and Widport and supplements the Master Terms.
How to request
An organization owner must write to billing@aletheionagi.com from the registered email and include the payment reference. We will verify identity, plan, usage, incidents and processor status.
Prepaid capacity
Subject to law and processor rules, the maximum voluntary refund is proportional to unexpired, unused capacity tied to the payment. Completed operations, including safe blocks, clarifications and abstentions metered under the plan, are consumed service. An internal failure before completion releases the reservation and should not be charged.
Subscriptions and outages
Cancelling renewal does not automatically refund the current cycle. Duplicate billing, verified provisioning failure or prolonged outage may qualify for correction, credit or refund under the applicable order, SLA and law.
Disputes and mandatory rights
A refund, dispute or chargeback may freeze only capacity tied to that payment during reconciliation. Nothing limits non-waivable rights under applicable law.
